I seriously cannot day enough great things about this seller. She has continuously gone out of her way to make me happen. (More so than was needed or expected.). I had an small issue with a previous purchase from her shop. It was an easy fix and I would have easily fixed it myself but she insisted on me sending it back and fixing it herself. She covered the shipping both ways. In the meantime, I ordered this bracelet and asked her if she could also make a silver elephant bracelet. She not only made me the custom bracelet but gave it to me for free for my inconvenience. In this day and age, I often feel like customer service has gone to the wayside. But she has restored my faith. I don’t always have successful transactions on Etsy and not all sellers are this easy to work with.

Exactly what I wanted. The owner was awesome and even contacted me for my wrist size to make sure her standard size would fit me. Lucky she did because I needed mine made smaller. I think I received the bracelet a day or two after talking with her. I love this bracelet and am wearing it all the time. Edited to add that this seller has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. There was a slight problem with my bracelet and I asked her if she had any suggestions. She is fixing it for free. I ordered another bracelet for my daughter in the midst of this and I had a refund from Etsy. She was going to give me my daughter’s bracelet as her treat. Wish I could give her 100 stars!!!
